When is this thing going to happen?
People will be arriving as early as Wednesday the first of April at the hotel, but we have no plans for anything official until Saturday night the 4th. At that time we will be getting together. That is how it stands right now. There are several people who have mentioned getting together on Friday night as well as Sunday afternoon. But we will have to see because some people are not coming in for the whole weekend, but are coming in for just the party. So for now Saturday evening is the time.
So if you can only make it one night, that is the night to shoot for.
